Cleanroom Assembler I

Job Title - Cleanroom Assembly - mechanical large part assembly, not electrical
Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
 

Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Assemble, fabricate and clean parts to subassemblies and complete units.

·         Test, calibrate, inspect and certify parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Read and identify blueprint requirements such as:                      Epicor receiving/ rejecting parts, Final inspection identify exception and file all documents,

·         Epicor verification buy off and stamp hard card, In-Process inspection/ verification all test certs are in hard card, Measure all sealing surfaces and O-ring depth.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

·         Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.

·         Basic Computer Skills. Ability to use hand tools, torque wrenches, and small power tools.

·         Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.

·         Knowledge and the use of calipers, torque wrenches, helicoil, keensert, and Leeplug installation tools.

 Education and Experience:

·         High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 0 – 3 years manufacturing/assembly experience

Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work standing for periods of time.

Special Requirements :

• Specific Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to wear clean room attire for clean room assembly.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work standing for periods of time.
