General Statement Of Duties And Responsibilities
Assist in the records management/retention
Compile, analyze, and synthesize data to assist in the identification of trends, patterns, and potential cost-savings.
Present accurate and concise reports of findings both verbally and in writing.
Filing contract documents
Maintain all appropriate documentation for completed work.
Monitor and analyze spending trends. Notify management and/or department supervisors of significant expenditure patterns and make recommendations to control spending Monitor contract expenditures against contract budgets and other expenditures against purchase orders (POs) for accuracy of invoices and credits from vendors to discern net amount payable
Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor
Review and analyze service-related contract invoices and obtain payment approvals from senior managers or designee.
Review contract files for destruction as instructed
Review of Mosaic/POS documents
Submit financial and statistical reports as requested 12) Update spreadsheets invoice log, service request/purchase order logs, etc.
