Our Client in Winston Salem is looking for a Distribution Services Representative!

• Working M-F 8-5 in office, potential to go remote after a couple months

  Long term position, paid weekly

  $20/hour

  Benefits through TRC Staffing

  What you will do-

  • Monitor, review, and verify all daily orders submitted through the Oracle system

    Provide alternative order solutions in a pleasant, positive manner

    Provide quick and accurate responses to all requests

    Ensure that LTO orders for franchise shops are added to the daily orders in a timely manner

    What we need-

    • MS Office skills

      Use of Oracle or any other ERP system (Netsuite, Sage, SAP, etc)

      Professionalism and great customer service skills

      Excellent Data Entry skills

      Very software knowledgeable

      Must be able to communicate with DC

      Jod Description:

    • • Process and maintain shipping, receiving, and transportation records.

      • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers.

      • Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers and management.

      • Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, packing slips, and other logistics documentation.

    • • Enter and maintain accurate data in logistics and inventory management systems.

      • Verify inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.

      • Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or damaged goods claims.
