Servco Toyota Pukoloa is looking for a Clerk to assist our Parts Department with keeping an accurate record of inventory so we can continue to deliver great service to our retail customers and service department.
Responsibilities:- Accurately enter parts inventory information into the inventory management system
- Process accounts payable invoices for payment in a timely manner
- Complete parts worksheets and logs
- Process credit memos
- File and perform other clerical support functions as needed
Requirements:- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum two years of clerical work experience
- Accurate data entry skills including ten key by touch
- Beginner level Access, Word, and Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Light accounting knowledge, auto parts knowledge and DealerTrack experience a plus
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
