About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Wire Processor to join our client's team in the financial services sector. In this role, you will contribute to the accurate and timely processing of domestic and international wire transfers, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and credit union policies, and providing exceptional service to members.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers accurately and within established deadlines.
• Verify wire transfer requests, member information, and supporting documentation to ensure authenticity and compliance.
• Review transactions for potential fraud, suspicious activity, and regulatory concerns.
• Assist with daily balancing, reconciliation, and reporting functions related to wire operations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of wire transfer procedures and financial institution operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• 3 years of banking, credit union, wire processing, or financial operations experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience with wire transfer systems and core banking platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking software.
