The primary responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting software systems, payroll processing, recording journal entries, and providing financial guidance for a variety of clients. The Client Accounting Specialist will also work collaboratively with the team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of client financial records.Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements

Hands-on experience with accounting software and journal entries

Solid understanding of financial principles and advanced analytical skills

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

Extensive experience in QuickBooks, both Desktop and Online versions

Prior experience in public accounting or a similar client-facing role is a plus
