TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESBuild manage and grow a personal client portfolio with a focus on retention reactivation and lifetime valueAchieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators KPI including Individual Sales Volume Units per Transaction UPT & Average Dollar per Transaction ADSMaintain a strong drive for results and a positive team first attitude at all timesAct as a brand ambassador both within and beyond the boutique environmentClient DevelopmentEnsure a welcoming client focused environment which includes offering best in class service in person over the phone and through electronic communication Strategically develop and nurture a local and international client base through personalized outreach appointment setting and consistent follow-upLeverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to create meaningful memorable client experiences through the details and stories of our productsProblem solve in partnership with leadership team to ensure that each client issue is accurately resolved to the benefit of the businessAnticipate client needs and deliver tailored product recommendations and styling guidance.
