Position Summary

• Support, service and administration of Meritain Products to achieve client satisfaction and growth.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, brokers, client management and internal partners.
• Develop Clear and compelling solutions to address a client's operational inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive service excellence.
• Support client retention.
• Ability to handle high touch clients/brokers with limited support from leadership.
• Ability to mentor new hires.
• Participate in various projects and operational partnership calls.
• Anticipate questions and identify root cause and overall impact.
• Recommend process improvements.
• May include some duties of Advocate II.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with broker and client interactions.
• Enhanced communication skills which include facilitating meetings, mentorship and presentation skills.
• Thorough understanding of systems, products and services.
• Acts as an internal and external subject matter expert on the Meritain Portal.

Preferred Qualifications

• DG knowledge and Meritain applications.
• Customer Service experience.
• Leadership experience.

Education

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 3 years relevant experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $102,081.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
