Assists Housing Specialists in facilitating clients with permanent housing and Case Managers with their assignments, including intake meetings, assisting with conducting resident assessments and social services.
Biopsychosocial assessments and other assessment tools for clients.
Counseling for clients in need of services and coordinating clinical treatment.
Caseload ratio maximum of 1:27.
Ensures readiness for audits by DHS, OTDA, and other Governmental agencies.
Performs any other job-related duties as required by the Program Director.
Qualifications:
Education:
LMSW.
Relevant experience with disenfranchised populations.
Skills:
Computer literacy; familiarity with CARES is preferred.
Fluent in English and Spanish desirable, not essential.
Assessments of clients using tools such as the Biopsychosocial instrument.
Salary Range: $70K-$73000
