Required Skills & Qualifications Client Relationship & Executive Stakeholder Management End-to-End Service Delivery Accountability (SAP ECS) SAP Cloud & S/4HANA Domain Knowledge Cross-Functional & Multi-Partner Coordination Commercial & Account Growth Acumen Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry Preferred Skills & Qualifications 5 years of experience in Client & Executive Stakeholder Management 5 years of experience in End-to-End Service Delivery Ownership 4-5 years of SAP Cloud / S/4HANA Expertise 5 years of Cross-Functional Leadership & Coordination 5 years of Commercial Growth & Customer Success Day-to-Day Responsibilities Own and grow the SAP ECS client relationship. Act as the main escalation point and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage the full engagement lifecycle (onboarding, transition, operations, offboarding). Drive cloud transformation and S/4HANA adoption initiatives. Coordinate across SAP teams, partners, and customer stakeholders. Identify and support business growth. Ensure successful service delivery, governance, reporting, and risk management. Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders. Lead innovation and strategic transformation workshops.
