We are seeking an experienced Client Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead with strong expertise in Dynamics CRM development, customization, integrations, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Client Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365, along with strong knowledge of .NET technologies, CRM integrations, workflows, plugins, and enterprise application development.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of Client Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 experience.
  • Strong experience in:
    • Requirement gathering
    • Gap analysis
    • Solution design
    • CRM configuration and customization
  • Hands-on experience extending Dynamics 365 CRM using:
    • Plugins
    • Custom workflow activities
    • Web resources
    • JavaScript
    • CRM Web API
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, entities, workflows, business process flows, and security model.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with enterprise systems including:

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, and Service Management.
  • Develop secure and efficient integrations with external enterprise applications.
  • Perform data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Ensure adherence to Dynamics CRM development best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
