Due to ongoing growth in our team, we are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join our established Technology business where you will work with clients across WA.

Your new role

As a Client Engagement Manager, you'll play a key role in driving strategic business development and client engagement. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions in partnership with our internal teams. This is a client-facing role focused on building long-term relationships, increasing revenue, and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans
• Building deep knowledge of client portfolios
• Driving new business opportunities and client retention
• Engaging with Recruitment Partners to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Representing Hays professionally and upholding our market-leading brand

What you\'ll need to succeed

You're a confident communicator with strong commercial acumen and a passion for building relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are resilient to setbacks, and motivated by achieving results. Ideally, you'll bring:

• Proven experience in business development or client-facing roles
• Strong influencing and consulting skills
• A team-oriented mindset and drive to deliver customer-focused outcomes
• Strategic thinking and a drive to grow revenue
