Client Executive

Description:

Quantum Sky is hiring a hunter to grow our cleared staffing business. You'll own the account from first requirement to placed candidate. That means building the relationships that make Quantum Sky a preferred supplier, winning directed requirements, and filling them with TS/SCI CI-poly talent that exceeds every position requirement. This is a quota-carrying individual-contributor role with outstanding OTE potential.

 

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with program managers, hiring managers, and talent acquisition teams to earn preferred-supplier status and directed requirements.
• Identify, qualify, and close cleared staffing requirements across client's programs.
• Recruit TS/SCI CI-poly candidates and maintain a ready pipeline.
• Match each candidate to the labor category, certification, experience, and clearance requirements, and show where they exceed them.
• Manage submittals through onboarding with Quantum Sky recruiting, contracts, and delivery teams.
• Report pipeline, submittals, and placements weekly, and keep CRM and ATS records current.

Qualifications:

Required:

• U.S. citizen with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years recruiting, staffing, or selling cleared services in the federal market, including 2+ in Defense/IC.
• Proven quota attainment in cleared recruiting, staffing, or federal sales.
• Working knowledge of IC/DoD labor categories, clearance types, and contract staffing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, a competitive hunter mindset, and willingness to travel.

Desired:

• Experience with defense-prime supplier onboarding.
• An active network of cleared engineers, analysts, and cyber professionals.
• ATS and CRM experience.

Compensation:

• Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $100,000-$130,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
