Location: On Site- North Canton, OH
Job Type: Full-time | 52 weeks/year

Salary: $55k-60k + bonuses
About the Role
As a Client Manager, youll be the go-to relationship builder and trusted advisor for our client. You'll take ownership of client success, delivering exceptional service, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating across internal teams to ensure seamless execution. If you're a strategic thinker who thrives on creating value and expanding relationships, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of our Redwood Tree Culture, leading by example in every client interaction.
- Own and nurture existing client relationshipsresponding to inquiries, solving challenges, and anticipating needs.
- Uncover and close opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and finance teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Monitor client performance using KPIs; take proactive steps to address issues and improve outcomes.
- Present proposals, candidate profiles, and reports to hiring managers and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and support compliance with workplace policies.
- Provide end-to-end supportfrom onboarding to performance follow-up, including payroll, workers comp, and unemployment issues.
- Support occasional sourcing and recruiting to meet business needs.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
What Were Looking For
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of proven success in account/client management, ideally in staffing or professional services
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to build trust with clients and collaborate across teams
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or manufacturing operations
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, ATS, and VMS systems
