As Client Manager II, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with entertainment and production companies to increase the Hertz Entertainment footprint in the growing Newark film and television market(s). You will be exposed to the entire operation to gain a well-rounded understanding of what makes a successful car rental company.
Client Manager is responsible for delivering quality customer service, increasing sales and revenue, handling customer issues and requests, and training new personnel. You will be empowered to make decisions independently. You will need to be aware of daily and hourly reservation and return counts, vehicle make and model availability, preventive maintenance schedules, etc.
In your position as a Client Manager, you will move between these key areas of responsibility, learning the functions of each and in that way gain a working, on-site knowledge of the business that can help you progress into management positions of greater responsibility.
