Client Relationship Coordinator

We are working with a growing independent financial planning and investment advisory firm in South Barrington seeking an Client Relationship Coordinator to play a key role in the prospective client experience. You'll serve as an initial point of contact for prospective clients, build and nurture relationships, and help guide qualified prospects through the process before transitioning them to the appropriate advisor.

What you'll be doing:

• Build relationships with prospective clients, including high-net-worth individuals and retirees
• Respond to inbound leads and conduct introductory conversations
• Understand prospects' financial priorities, concerns, and goals
• Manage consistent follow-up throughout the prospect journey
• Coordinate meetings and handoffs to financial advisors
• Track pipeline activity, lead sources, and conversion in Salesforce
• Partner with marketing to share prospect insights and feedback

Ideal background:

• 10+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, sales, financial services, or a related client-facing environment
• Strong consultative communication and active listening skills
• Polished, personable, and comfortable developing relationships with sophisticated clientele
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through
• Bachelor's degree preferred/required
