What You''d Do in This Role:

You''ll help RamseyTrusted real estate pros show up for their clients the way Ramsey shows up for ours: promptly, honestly, and with real care. That means coaching pros through calls, masterminds, and one-on-one conversations that sharpen their communication and their follow-through on referrals, and it means giving feedback, good and bad, quickly enough that it actually helps. You''ll set the bar for what strong service looks like by living it yourself, responding fast, resolving pro issues without letting them stall, and keeping every detail of the relationship documented and current. It''s relationship work through and through: you''re building trust with pros so they can build trust with the people they serve.

You''re Probably a Match If:

• You have 4+ years of experience in relationship or account management, working directly with B2B or B2C clients in a service-driven role.
• You''re confident and well spoken, and you know how to hold people accountable without damaging the relationship.
• You bring a professional, polished presence to every conversation, whether it''s a call, an email, or a face-to-face meeting.
• You''re comfortable keeping a structured schedule and can manage a high volume of calls each month without losing focus.
• You read people well and naturally adjust your approach depending on who you''re talking to.
• You''ve used a CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus) to track relationships and keep detailed, accurate records.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Coaching 80 percent of your pros to consistent platform engagement, with a conversation rate of 19 percent or higher on their opportunities.
• Sharing timely, specific feedback with your pros, celebrating what''s working and addressing what isn''t within 24 hours.
• Facilitating masterminds that help pros build stronger platform habits and better conversion rates with their referrals.
• Taking ownership of team culture by living out Ramsey''s core values and staying fully engaged in team meetings.
• Responding to your pros within 24 hours by phone or email, and routing pro issues to the right next step without delay.
• Conducting fee reviews with pros 60 days ahead of their anniversary date, every time.
• Keeping CRM notes, deactivations, and pro documentation accurate and current, without letting anything slip through the cracks.
