Client Scheduling & Follow-Up Coordinator

Schedule estate-plan delivery appointments and follow-up calls for existing clients. No cold calling, weekly pay, and room to grow into work with our financial advisors.

What you'll do

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule delivery appointments and follow-up calls
• Follow up with clients who haven't responded
• Invite clients to share honest feedback through Google reviews
• Keep appointment records and call notes accurate

What you get

• $16/hour plus a $25 employee bonus per Google review (eligibility requirements apply)
• Weekly W-2 pay, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, no evenings or weekends

What you need

• 1+ year of appointment-setting, call-center, or phone-based customer service experience
• A clear, friendly phone manner and strong organization
