Quality Financial Concepts, an over 40-year-old firm, is a full-service financial advisory firm providing retirement planning, investment management, estate planning, tax services, and insurance protection. The Client Service team is the point of contact for our clients, they handle paperwork to open new accounts and update existing accounts in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner. This position is the perfect transition to a new industry. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and willing to grow into the role of Client Specialist. RESPONSIBILITIESProvides exceptional and timely service to clients both in person and by phoneDetails matter, have the ability to provide error free service in an organized mannerScanning and uploading applications and documentsUpdating client documentsCreating files and filing documentsScheduling and confirming client appointments Creates and updates daily tasks and documents processesAbility to accurately document steps taken and conversations for each clientAbility to adhere to compliance and regulation procedures QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma Previous customer service experience preferredHigh attention to detail, a positive, can-do attitude, and willingness to work as a teamStrong customer service skillsEnjoys interacting with clientsWillingness and interest to grow into the Client Specialist roleExcellent written and verbal communications skillsHigh degree of flexibility to deal with a variety of situationsAbility to handle multiple tasks at the same timeMust have a clean background check and fingerprintingStrong technology and computer skills (MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook) This position pays a competitive salary based on experience.
