The Role

As an Associate, Client Services, you'll manage research engagements from start to finish, helping clients connect with the right experts to gain critical market intelligence. You'll work directly with investors and business leaders, balancing multiple projects while operating in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit industry experts based on client needs
• Coordinate expert consultations and project logistics
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and experts
• Partner with global teams to ensure a high-quality client experience

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree with a 3.5+ GPA
• 6-18 months of professional experience (internships count)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or competitive drive
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
• Highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by results
• Additional languages are a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $72,000 base salary
• Potential sign-on bonus
• Uncapped monthly performance bonus
• Typical first-year earnings of $90K-$125K+
