You'll be part of the client experience from the moment they walk in, helping create a welcoming environment and supporting people through a very personal journey.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer calls and help clients get the information they need
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Process transactions accurately
• Partner with the styling and service teams to keep the day running smoothly
• Help with retail and service opportunities
• Support clients with questions, appointment changes, and general needs
• Jump in where needed and be part of a team that works closely together

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of customer service, hospitality, retail, salon, medical office, or similar experience
• Warm, professional communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Comfort using scheduling, point of sale, or business software
• Dependable and able to stay composed in a busy environment
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and working as part of a team
