Position Overview

Seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join their team. As the first point of contact for the agency, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-touch client experience both in person and over the phone. You will also manage back-office administrative tasks, coordinate with investment companies via online portals, and maintain accurate client records in the portfolio management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Warmly greet clients upon arrival and answer incoming phone calls with a polite, professional demeanor, providing a high level of white-glove customer service
• Portal Management: Navigate and interact with various investment company web portals to submit forms, retrieve account statements, and process administrative requests
• Data Entry & Portfolio Maintenance: Accurately enter and update client data within our client portfolio management system
• Administrative Support: Assist wealth advisors with daily operational workflows, scheduling, document management, and client onboarding materials
• Quality Control: Maintain an exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data processing, recordkeeping, and client communications
