Tampa Bay Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Care Center (TBVS) is looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Our CSRs play an essential role in creating a positive experience for clients and supporting the communication and coordination required within a busy specialty and emergency veterinary hospital.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and understands the importance of empathy and professionalism when clients may be worried about their pets.

What You'll Do

• Provide a warm, professional experience for clients from arrival through departure
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions, scheduling, and appointment needs
• Check clients and patients in and out efficiently
• Coordinate communication between clients, doctors, and clinical team members
• Obtain and accurately enter client and patient information
• Collect payments and review estimates, deposits, and invoices with clients
• Help manage appointment schedules and client flow
• Obtain medical records and coordinate information with referring veterinary hospitals
• Communicate with clients professionally and compassionately during routine and stressful situations
• Maintain accurate documentation within the hospital's practice management system
• Work collaboratively with the medical and client service teams to provide an excellent overall client experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience required
• Veterinary or medical customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a busy environment
• Comfortable handling sensitive or emotional client interactions with professionalism
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn veterinary software systems
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused when situations become challenging
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts based on hospital needs
