The Client Service Representative role in Tallahassee, FL, is on-site and Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
Responsibilities include building client relationships, handling requests, answering inquiries, providing excellent service, organizing workflows, navigating databases, recommending process improvements, and growing customer accounts.
Qualifications include prior customer service or administrative experience, strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and Salesforce experience is a plus.
