ABOUT THE ROLE
A financial services organization is seeking a client-focused banking professional to support commercial and corporate clients within an assigned market segment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for client needs, coordinating with internal partners to resolve requests, maintain strong relationships, and identify opportunities to connect clients with additional banking solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on banking or treasury management experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex client requests in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned commercial and corporate clients, taking ownership of requests through resolution.
Identify client needs and proactively address issues to maintain a positive overall client experience.
Coordinate with internal business partners and subject-matter experts to ensure timely and effective resolution of client needs.
Advocate for clients throughout the organization and ensure seamless communication when additional internal expertise is required.
Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal teams to promote collaboration and consistent service.
Identify potential cross-selling opportunities and connect clients with appropriate banking partners and solutions.
Apply knowledge of commercial deposit products, treasury management services, and online banking platforms to support client needs.
Manage multiple requests and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness.
Utilize Microsoft Office, CRM tools, core banking systems, and other internal platforms to document and manage client activity.
