Client Service Specialist

Quality Financial Concepts of Maryville, TN is seeking to hire a Client Specialist to provide efficient, timely, and accurate service in processing all client business of the firm and its Representatives. This position pays a competitive salary based on industry knowledge and experience. This is a full-time position, and the hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Quality Financial Concepts is a full-service financial advisory firm that has been in business for over 40 years. We provide retirement planning, investment management, estate planning, tax services, and insurance protection. QFC emphasizes the retirement planning process and in-depth conversations to fully understand each client's goals and objectives. We believe each solution should be personalized creating relationships that last a lifetime. The Client Specialist is crucial in this process.

PURPOSE

At QFC, we have two Certified Financial Planners, each with an assigned Client Specialist who also work as a team to support the needs of our clients. Responsibilities include providing exceptional and timely service to our clients, both in person and by phone. As a point person with clients, it is often the responsibility to recognize additional needs or service and work with the Planner to meet those needs of the client.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serves as the liaison between Advisor and clients
• Creates and updates daily tasks and documents processes
• Organization and accuracy are top priority
• Obtains proper documents and signatures from clients as needed
• Assists Advisor with portfolio fund options
• Actively participates in meetings with Advisor and support staff to provide updates on client requests
• Ensures all documents are properly completed and the transactions are completed properly

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree preferred
• EXTREME attention to detail & positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experience in banking or financial industry
• High degree of flexibility to deal with a variety of situations
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Ability to work under the occasional tight deadline
• Must have a clean background check and fingerprinting
• Pass the FINRA Essentials exam or obtain the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional credential within 12 months of hire
• Strong technology and computer skills (MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook and industry specific software)
