This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, people-first professional to be the connective tissue between clients, account teams, and internal departments, ensuring every engagement runs smoothly from onboarding through delivery.
Day to day, you will juggle inboxes, calendars, and client requests while keeping a calm, organized approach under pressure. You will work closely with account managers and operations staff, so a collaborative mindset and strong follow-through are essential.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth client transitions
Schedule and prepare materials for client meetings and calls
Track client requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate client records and account documentation
Collaborate with account managers to identify client needs
Prepare status reports and summaries for internal stakeholders
Assist in resolving service issues and escalating when necessary
Support billing and invoicing coordination with the finance team
Identify opportunities to improve the client experience
Requirements
Associate or bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience
Two or more years in a client services or coordination role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
