Client Services Coordinator (Remote)

Bionomics Environmental, Inc. is seeking a remote Client Services Coordinator to support client communications, scheduling, and administrative coordination for our environmental consulting projects.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries by phone and email.
• Record service requests and coordinate schedules with project teams.
• Track outstanding requests and provide approved project updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and project documentation.
• Refer technical questions to qualified staff.
• Protect confidential information and support daily administrative tasks.

• Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, client support, or administrative coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and collaborate remotely.
