Translate complex information into concise, client-friendly messaging tailored to the audience and situation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a high standard of service.
Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills when addressing questions, resolving concerns, and navigating escalations.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and ensuring a consistent client experience.
Partner across teams to gather information, align responses, and deliver seamless support to clients.
Uphold professionalism, composure, and credibility in all client interactions, including high-pressure or sensitive situations.

Duration: 12 month contract opportunity
Hybrid Work Model: 4 days onsite required weekly in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Rate Range: $75-85/hr. W2 (based on experience)
