Client Services Representative - Specialty and ER Veterinary Hospital Schedule: Full-Time on a 5-Day Rotation Schedule; Hiring for current shift (12PM-10PM) & Part-time Hours (weekday/weekends) Our hospital is growing! We are seeking highly motivated, highly skilled individuals to join our Client Services team. We provide 24-hour emergency service and specialty referrals in surgery. We're looking for CSR's who want to utilize their skills to the fullest potential in a fast-paced, fun, and stimulating environment. Job Summary The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external clients by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company policies and protocols, as well as communicating effectively with team members. The CSR performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record-keeping. The CSR will also be expected to do minimal cross-training with basic medical skills to assist our medical staff when needed. The CSR is expected to maintain a positive attitude and engage in compassionate and attentive interactions with clients that promote the highest quality of customer service and client satisfaction.
