Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Provide the best level of service to our clients and sales agents.
  • Assist clients and sales agents over phone and email with product orders, pricing and availability inquiries, basic technical support, and troubleshooting.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, including OEMs, Electrical Agents, and Distributors.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and timely order processing in Macola ERP system.
• Sales Support:
  • Provide product information and quotations to potential customers.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, and Logistics departments Process and track sales orders, ensuring orders ship out on time, accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist the sales team with outbound follow up on leads and promotions.
• Technical Support:
  • Provide customers with Fulham product information and product recommendations.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for customer product-related issues and provide solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to stay up-to-date on job and product features and specifications.
• Other Duties:
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Special projects as needed.

Skills & Qualifications / Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
• Experience working with B2B clients (businesses) is a plus.
• Proficient in Macola or other ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of electronics components, technical info, or ability to learn.
• Excellent communication:phone, email, interpersonal.
• Ability to problem solve and work with technical data and spec sheets.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Positive attitude, team player, and thrives in a fast-paced independent environment.
• Work schedule is full-time 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, Hybrid-Remote – In-office (Hawthorne; moving to Long Beach) on Mon-Tues, Remote Weds-Fri. Office is relocating to Long Beach around January.

Compensation / Benefits:   

Salary Range: $42,000–$50,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a temporary, full-time position established to provide maternity-leave coverage. The assignment is expected to begin in January and end on or about June 18, 2027, although the assignment may end earlier or be extended based on business needs. As a temporary employee, you will not be eligible for Fulham’s standard Company benefit programs, except for benefits or leave required by applicable law. Your employment remains at will.
