About the Role
As a CBRE Sales Support Associate you will provide administrative support to an office or group of sales professionals. This job is part of the Sales Operations function. They are responsible for sales planning strategy and forecasting to achieve business objectives.
What Youll Do
Create property marketing campaigns that include property information materials comparable market evaluations and targeted mailing lists. This includes emails property brochures and proposals.
Act as a point of contact for 3rd party vendors to coordinate the completion of property information packages.
Assist with the plan of action of marketing particular properties.
Support Sales team members with the implementation of business strategies.
Track and report on replies and communications from sourcing activities.
Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
Maintain and update marketing database system intranet and external website.
Schedule appointments maintain calendars arrange travel plans and coordinate meeting room reservations.
Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
