What you'll do:

- Deliver operational support to advisors and clients

- Process account requests, transfers and paperwork with custodians

- Resolve service issues and maintain CRM records

- Support client meetings and reporting

What you bring:

- 1-3 years of wealth management or financial services operations experience

- Familiarity with custodial platforms; FINRA licensing a plus

- Excellent client service skills
