Client Services Specialist

VCA Palm Beach Veterinary Specialists is seeking an Experienced Client Service Representative to join our team full-time!

We are a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week Emergency & Specialty Referral Hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care to pets and compassionate support to their families when they need us most. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and progressive, and we are committed to creating opportunities for our team members to expand their skills, grow professionally, and pursue their goals in veterinary medicine.

We are looking for an excellent customer service professional who is compassionate, dependable, organized, and passionate about helping people and their pets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in veterinary medicine while being an important part of a fast-paced emergency and specialty hospital.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and their pets with compassion and professionalism
• Manage emergency walk-in patients and assist with the check-in process
• Schedule specialty and referral appointments
• Answer phones and respond to client questions and requests
• Check clients in and out and process payments and deposits
• Maintain accurate client and patient medical records
• Communicate with doctors, technicians, and other hospital team members
• Assist with client communication and follow-up
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment, including cleaning and general front-desk duties
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced emergency and specialty setting

Schedule Requirements

Because we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, candidates must have flexible availability and be willing to work:

• Afternoons and evenings
• Weekends
• Holidays

Compensation: Dependent on skill set, experience, and licensure status
