What You'll Do:

• Lead the entire sales process – from identifying new opportunities and building relationships to closing the deal.
• Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline that aligns with our recruiting team's talent pool.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Chesterfield and the surrounding Michigan market.
• Build lasting relationships with local businesses and become a trusted partner for their workforce needs.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Track performance, evaluate results, and continuously improve your approach.
• Network throughout the community to build relationships, increase brand awareness, and introduce businesses to Hire Sync.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of outside/B2B sales experience.
• Proven success developing sales strategies, generating new business, and delivering presentations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office, databases, social media, and research tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, team-oriented environment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and integrity – these are non-negotiable.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
