Client Solutions Intern (GBS-NA) - 2027 Summer

TikTok s Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is at the forefront of driving advertising innovation, offering scalable solutions for brands to connect with audiences in meaningful ways. Our Enterprise Ad Sales team partners with some of the largest global brands, enabling them to leverage TikTok's unique platform to drive business impact. The GBS team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and results. As a Client Solutions Intern, you will play a key supporting role in the day-to-day operations of the North America Client Solutions team. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation and maintenance of internal dashboards, monitoring key performance metrics, and building new reporting views to help track product adoption and business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support internal control processes, data organization, and reporting.
• Provide day-to-day analytical support to the Client Solutions team across key operational and strategic tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, accurate, and structured reporting.
• Assist with tracking and analyzing operational and financial metrics, including budgets and purchase orders.
• Support the sales team by answering questions and clarifying product and performance metrics.
• Prepare analytical reports and strategic materials for business reviews and leadership forums. Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in metrics, performance tracking, and business strategy.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and analyze data accurately.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Interest in digital media, technology, advertising, or data analytics.
