**Client Success Coordinator (CPA Firm) — Medina, OH**

Pay: $47,000 – $56,000 + bonus potential

Be the face of a busy office. A well-established Ohio accounting and advisory firm is hiring a Client Success Coordinator in Medina to keep tax season and the front desk running smoothly.

What you'll do:

- Assemble and process individual and business tax returns and manage e-filing

- Track return status and update client records (GoFileRoom, CCH Axcess, SafeSend)

- Cover the front desk: greet clients, answer phones, handle mail

- Manage office supplies, workspace reservations and meeting logistics

What you bring:

- 3-5 years in a professional office environment

- CPA firm experience a plus

- Organized, discreet and client-focused
