The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys helping people, answering questions, following up, and making sure clients receive timely and professional support.

Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients
• Respond to client questions and inquiries
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate information
• Follow up with clients and prospects in a timely manner
• Help coordinate consultations, appointments, and next steps
• Maintain accurate client records
• Build strong and professional client relationships
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience
• Escalate questions or concerns when appropriate
• Participate in team meetings, training, and development activities
