- 2 years or more of experience with help desk, desktop support, or end-user IT support.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, desktop hardware, mobile devices, and IT troubleshooting.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, account administration, access requests, and password resets.
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems, incident tracking, escalation, managed service providers, and vendor coordination.
- Experience with IT asset management, hardware break/fix, equipment deployment, software updates, and inventory tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support by phone, email, and in person for hardware, software, device, and access issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Microsoft applications, and common end-user technology problems.
- Process user accounts, password resets, access requests, security groups, and distribution group updates.
- Create and manage support tickets, escalate complex incidents, coordinate vendor resolution, and keep users informed.
- Diagnose and replace hardware, coordinate warranty repairs, deploy equipment, and maintain accurate IT asset records.
- Perform post-maintenance validation, assist with technology rollouts, document resolutions, and educate users on IT practices.
