What we're looking for 

The Clinic Coordinator will provide maintenance of the daily operations and general management of the practices. Allocating and assigning duties to employees, monitoring activities and operations of the Practice components. 

This position requires employee to be a licensed person, such as an LPN, Medical Assistant, Radiology Tech, Imaging Tech, etc. The Clinic Coordinator will also be required to function in their licensed capacity. 

How you'll contribute 

A Clinic Coordinator who excels in this role:

• Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.

• Direct and evaluate departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.

• Plan and monitor staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.

• Prepare, monitor, and evaluate departmental budgets, and ensure that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.

• Coordinate and direct internal/external audits.

• Create and foster an environment that encourages professional growth.

• Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum Education:   

  • Medical Assistant: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Graduate of a Medical Assistant program preferred. 

  • LPN: Must be a graduate of a Practical Nursing Program. 

  • Radiology Tech: Associate's degree in Radiology is required. 

  • Imaging Tech: High School Diploma or Equivalent required 

• Required Skills: Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. 

• Certification: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Licenses: 

  • Medical Assistant: Must have & maintain current certification for a Medical Assistant. 

  • LPN: Must have & maintain current LPN License.

  • Radiology Tech: Must have & maintain current certification with ARRT. 

  • Imaging Tech: Must have & maintain limited x-ray operation license or ARRT
