A full-time CLINIC DIRECTOR/ Physical Therapist (PT) position is now available in a Senior Living Community located in Charlton, MA.

Qualifications:
A successful Clinic Director will:
- Ensure efficient and effective operations
- Effectively develop a caseload through exceptional customer service and marketing to referral sources
- Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
- Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
- Provide physical therapy services as needed
- Be a licensed therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
- Have experience as a treating therapist in a Senior Living Community in the independent living, assisted living, memory care, outpatient and SNF setting.
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing a Senior Living Community or skilled nursing facility.
RATE RANGE: $53 - $58/hr
