What You"ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure efficient workflows.
• Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff members.
• Support patient access, scheduling processes, and clinic efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
• Partner with providers and leadership teams to improve patient outcomes and clinic performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational growth.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered culture throughout the clinic.
• Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions that support both staff and patients.

What We"re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Clinic Manager, Practice Manager, Healthcare Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinic workflows, and patient flow management.
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational oversight.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience utilizing EMR/EHR systems.
• Community health, primary care, outpatient, or ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
