Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Nurse to join our team. This role is central to delivering patient-focused care in our Direct Primary Care model, supporting physicians and ensuring seamless clinical operations. The position is Monday–Friday, daytime hours only—no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessments, including vitals, health history, medications, and allergies.
  • Provide direct patient care such as wound care, injections, immunizations, and diagnostic testing.
  • Assist physicians with exams, procedures, and treatments.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up instructions.
  • Administer medications and document care per established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinical standards.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient clinic environment while following infection control protocols.
  • Support patient flow and clinic operations for an outstanding patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the care team across Solstice Health locations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Wisconsin.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (primary care, outpatient, or urgent care preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
