The AmeriCorps member will support St. Clare Health Mission's transition to a new clinic facility by developing operational workflows, assisting with clinic-night operations, and identifying process improvements. The member will help implement a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system through workflow development, training materials, and user support for staff and volunteer clinicians. The member will also lead community outreach and volunteer recruitment efforts by creating marketing materials, managing social media campaigns, and tracking engagement outcomes to increase awareness of St. Clare's services and expand its volunteer workforce.
