The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic and ensuring high-quality patient care. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, this role involves supervising clinic staff, overseeing workflow efficiency, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance clinic operations. The Clinic Supervisor serves as a key support to the Clinic Manager, assisting with administrative, operational and personnel matters. Responsibilities: - Assist the Clinic Manager in implementing and enforcing policies, procedures, work standards and quality assurance initiatives.
- Supervise daily clinic activities to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.
- Address and resolve patient, staff, and operational concerns as they arise.
- Monitor clinic workflow and adjust staff assignments as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Support the Clinic Manager in managing clinic projects and operational improvements.
- Provides direct supervision to assigned staff, including scheduling, time off requests, payroll management, performance reviews, training and disciplinary actions.
- Manages the medication and supply ordering for dedicated clinics.
- Participate in practice meetings, committees and workgroups as needed.
- Collaborate with human resources department on recruiting, selecting, orienting/training, and evaluating staff.
- Identifies and implements opportunities to build employee morale and individual motivation.
- Assist the Clinic Manager with monitoring clinical compliance including, but not limited to, OSHA, hazardous materials, material data safety sheets, blood borne pathogens, exposure control plan fire safety and disaster preparedness. Attend safety meetings with designated safety officers for each office. Perform monthly safety checks of office treatment rooms (ensure daily checks are being performed, follow-up on anything needing to be addressed with treatment rooms, etc.). Assist with and participate in the planning, preparation, and organization of safety training sessions, including Mock codes in each office.

Education and Experience: - Associates degree or two years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical office or clinical setting.
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
- Consideration will be given to internal candidates not meeting all the qualifications.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
