The Clinic Support Assistant contributes to a safe, well‑organized, and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff. This role provides essential support to daily clinic operations through environmental care, supply management, effective communication, and basic patient support activities. The Clinic Support Assistant collaborates closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient experience.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 1 year Prior experience in a healthcare, customer service or support services environment preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
