Responsibilities:
· Provides clerical support to the ACT Team
· Central point of communication, coordinates schedules, answers phone and schedules appointments
· Develops, edits, and creates documents using mail merge, spreadsheets, and database programs as necessary
· Maintains, processes, and distributes all team specific reports
· Assists consumers/staff in the community
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Prefer experience working with adults or children with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities
· Demonstrated excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills
· The ability to be punctual, organized and possesses the ability to work with a team and independently
· Must have reliable means of transportation for community outings and transporting consumers and
have a valid driver’s license and qualify as a safe driver per the policy of Riverwood Center.
