Medicalabstractortemps is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Data Entry specialist. As a remote employee, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering clinical data into our database system. This will include patient information, medical history, test results, and other relevant data. You will work closely with our team of medical professionals to ensure that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter clinical data into our database system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Collaborate with medical professionals to resolve any discrepancies or missing information

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information

- Keep track of all data entry tasks and ensure that they are completed within designated timelines

- Identify and report any data quality issues to management

- Continuously seek ways to improve data entry processes and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting

- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly

- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

- Familiarity with medical terminology and knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
