Clinical Director | Family-Focus |Henrico, VA
Salary: $110,000
The Clinical Director is responsible for providing agency-wide clinical leadership, administrative oversight, and supervision across all Family Focus programs and service lines. The Clinical Director ensures that clinical services are delivered consistently, ethically, effectively, and in accordance with applicable regulations, contractual requirements, professional standards, and Family Focus policies and procedures.
What Youll Do
- Provide agency-wide clinical leadership and administrative oversight across all programs and service lines
- Directly supervise clinicians, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, program managers, and other clinical and administrative staff
- Maintain consistent standards of care across every program
- Ensure services meet regulatory, contractual, and professional requirements
- Uphold ethical practice and Family Focus policies and procedures in all clinical work
- Monitor service quality and outcomes, and use what you find to strengthen programs
- Guide clinical decision-making and consult on complex or high-risk cases
- Support staff growth through coaching, training, and professional development
- Partner with program managers and agency leadership on planning, staffing, and program improvement
- Prepare programs for audits, licensing reviews, and funder requirements
What You Bring
- Licensed Mental Health Professional in Virginia with a minimum of three years of experience providing clinical and administrative supervision.
- Demonstrated experience providing clinical leadership, program oversight, staff supervision, quality assurance, and program development.
- Strong knowledge of applicable state, local, funding-source, and agency regulations, policies, and standards governing behavioral health and human services.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, individuals, and families across community-based and outpatient settings preferred.
