We’re hiring a Clinic Director in Long Beach who wants to help build and grow a high-acuity behavioral health clinic while making a meaningful impact on adults with severe mental illness.

You’ll step into an outpatient leadership role focused on building the team, clinical workflows, and care-delivery systems of a new location. You’ll have meaningful ownership while remaining directly connected to complex patient care.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold an unrestricted California Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC/LPC license
• You have significant severe mental illness experience
• PHP/IOP or comparable high-acuity experience is strongly valued
• You’ve helped launch, build, grow, or improve a clinical program
• You enjoy creating structure and developing strong teams

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $125,000–$145,000
